Funny Things Kids Say

jennifer · January 5, 2012 · 3 Comments

smiley faceMy kids crack me up sometimes.
Kids are just funny when they are learning and talking and trying to piece everything together. There’s actually a website that compiles all kinds of funny things kids say.
G has had some funny quotes and interpretations of music lyrics.
Biz, well, he could have his own reality show with his outgoing personality and imagination.
Here are some of my recent favorite quotes from Biz:
Biz (age 2): Where’s Daddy’s belt?
Me: I’m not sure. Why?
Biz: I need to catch a shark
Me: What did have for lunch at daycare today?
Biz (age 2): Thank you cards
Me: That sounds interesting. What did they taste like?
Biz: Potatoes
Me: Do you want to play a game with me and your brother?
Biz (age 3): I’m sorry. I can’t play a game with you right now. I have to go to a ladybug party.
I should probably go on over to Heard on the Playground and submit a few quotes now…
What funny things have your kids said to you?

Glad you enjoyed the post, Jenny. As challenging as a 3 year old can be, he’s also just so much fun! I’m trying to enjoy every moment while my kids are still young.

Hahah! I love this. Sounds like he should do a recipe for Thank You cards 😉

He now says that, in addition to thank you cards, he has cheese cards. He’ll say anything for a laugh!
