Today, I am honored to be guest blogging over at No Holding Back. Alexa writes about life after loss, finding joy, and all things to do with raising three munchkins over at her blog. She lost a twin daughter to TTTS and her mission is to bring awareness to this disease. (Sound familiar? She wrote a guest post for a Philanthropy Friday last November.)
My post is about what happens when you start writing your passion. Intrigued? Go on over and read the post. And while you are over there, take a moment to check out some of Alexa’s other posts. You won’t be disappointed. She’s one who writes her passion as well.
Thanks, Alexa!
Oh, and I also am featured in a Global Team of 200 video today. Jennifer James, the brain and the organizer behind the Global Team of 200, will be spotlighting various members in the next few months via video. My video is the first!

Excellent! Congrats on all the features. Well deserved 🙂
Thanks so much, Agatha!
Psych! Hopping over now!
Thanks, Ilene!
Saw that you were highlighted before I even came to your site. Congratulations! I have always believed that donating to good causes is important. I also believe that sometimes our voice or actions also speak louder. This past week I highlighted St. Baldrick. Hope you’ll check it out! I knew I wanted to use my blog for more than just mommy tips. Your blog inspired me to get going!
I agree, Jennifer. There are so many ways to give back and sometimes a voice is more important than money. So glad I could inspire you! Collectively we can make a huge difference.
I will definitely check out your post!
Thank you Jennifer! Sorry it took me a day to get back. I’m not quite sure where yesterday went… oh yeah, I spent most of the day and night holding/comforting a sick baby!
Oh no. Hope she’s better today!
And ps – great video!
Thanks. The funny thing is that when I sent in my little video clip of me talking, I thought I would be featured with other members. Turns out they are spotlight videos. It was a surprise!
I LOVE Alexa’s blog and thank you for sharing this. Will head over in a bit to read. Congrats on doing a guest post. 🙂
Thanks, Cyndi. I agree. Alexa’s blog is great!
Heading over right now! Yay!
Thanks!
Not sure how I missed this, but I am heading over to check it out now!!
Better late than never, right? 🙂
p.s. I’m glad you alerted me to this post, Michelle because I just realized the link changed! I just corrected it in the post if you didn’t find it. 🙂
Thank you! I just went and visited and it is really good. I have to tell you, I feel pretty lucky to know you…I hope someday we will actually get to meet in person!
You are so sweet, Michelle. I feel the same way about you! We’ll have to figure out a way to meet at a conference or otherwise. We’re both in New England, so we’re not that far away!
I know! We will!
