Wordless Wednesday: Gotta Love Maine Weather

jennifer · November 5, 2014 · 12 Comments

The photo on the left was taken on October 13 on the Androscoggin River, while the photo on the right was taken on November 2 after playing in a few inches of snow. Both were taken in the Topsham/Brunswick, Maine area. You never know what you’ll get for weather around here.

You know I love it. Can you rent me a room in Maine? 🙂

This weather is indeed crazy and was freezing last week and almost 70 here the past two days. You just never know!

We went from 90 degrees to 40 degrees in one day if that makes you feel better! Fall/winter weather in SC is crazy insane! And for the first time in 125 years, we got snow on November 1st!

My husband is an over the road trucker. He always gets Winter loads there, because no one else wants to do them. They are already talking about upcoming loads, because other drivers won’t go there in the snow.

Same story here in Canada. Although thankfully no sign of snow just yet. It amazes me that April and November weather are basically the same temperature; yet we dress completely different in “spring”.

Ok, that is just nuts! Although I live in New England so I get it.
Your boys just roll with it because they’re awesome!

It has definitely been an interesting fall in terms of weather extremes! I’m fine with cooler temps, but I would like it if it didn’t snow again for awhile 🙂

Weather extremes are so difficult to keep up with! It is amazing how drastic each day has been! I am bracing for another cold, snowy winter!

Sounds a lot like Nashville’s crazy weather! It was like 40 and rainy yesterday and 60 and sunny today.
