I agree. It was my mom’s idea. He got really into it! So much better than a regular cake.

I need to catch up over here… SO behind!! Ugh. Promise soon! XO

Ha! Funny thing is that I never had a piece. I’m not much for sweets and this one was a double cake. That’s just too much for me. I’d rather have bacon. π

I’m biased, but I think it’s pretty fantastic!
Aw! It warms my heart. And it looks delicious too! My mom has a tradition of great homemade cakes. Buttercream only, of course. She says that if you use cream cheese or whipped cream frosting, you need to be fired from our family.
That’s my mom for ya.
Tamara recently posted..Honey, I Broke The Baby & My Mind.
I’m not a big fan of sweets, but if I eat cake I definitely prefer buttercream frosting. Totally with your mom there.
Awesome!!! I remember decorating cakes when I was little – lots of colors, sprinkles, decorator tips were involved. If I had known that they made cake glitter, I would have used that too.
Go Biz!! Decorate with flair.

What an awesome cake! My kids never decorated a cake for me, they are 15 and 18 now so I think next year I will make them. LOL
