Every purchase on the PS I Adore You website has a purpose.
A daily deal site started by three mothers – Ashley, Whitney and Chelsea – the website combines their love of fashion, shopping and finding great deals as a way to raise awareness of childhood cancer. The company was inspired by Chelsea’s experience after her daughter was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of four.
This video explains the story behind PS I Adore You:
PS I Adore You offers some really great deals on all kinds of cool products. They work with vendors whose products are featured for a short period of time on the site. Everything has a time limit, which I find adds to the fun while shopping. (I’m still mad at myself for missing out on some really killer “liquid leggings.”)
The vendors that sell on the site get some extra exposure and the sales of their products help families with hefty medical bills. (Vendors interested in selling on the site can visit this page.)
At least 10% of every purchase goes to help families with children who are fighting cancer. A different family is chosen each month, and the child is featured as a “Mighty Hero.” The goal is to help the families out with medical bills. The stories of the children fighting cancer put a face to the cause. Customers are also encouraged to add a donation to their orders. One hundred percent of those additional donations go to the family. (Read about April’s Might Hero Mckenzie.)
What I love about the site is that everything is so unique and changes on a regular basis. I was fortunate enough to have 6 handmade triangle wood shelves made by Jeri Vann Creations sent to me by PS I Adore You. My shelves were handmade and different from anything I’ve seen in stores. My boys and I decided to hang them in the open space above our television in the living room.
As I write this, you can find personalized birth stats, girls leggings, wood wall hangings, snow glasses, a stuffed dinosaur, jewelry, shoes, a car seat pet cover, flowy tanks and much more. With the deals they have on the site, PS I Adore You is a great option to not only get fun products but also give back at the same time.
Disclosure: I received 6 triangle wooden shelves from PS I Adore You to aid in the writing of this post. All thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.
