November 1st marks the start of NaBloPoMo – National Blog Posting Month. Bloggers commit to posting daily on their blogs for an entire month. The blogging version is a snarky spinoff of National Novel Writing Month, which challenges writers to complete a novel in a month. (Makes the daily blogging thing sound much easier.)
While daily blog challenges happen around the year, November is always the biggest. This year, I decided to join in on the fun. I even got my friend, Karla, over at Simple Living Family to join me.
I’m looking forward to it, and I hope I can keep up. The theme for the month is blogging for blogging’s sake. The whole point is to improve your writing and grow your blog. While I certainly don’t have a ton of time on my hands, my goal is to show my clients and friends who say they don’t have time or see the point to blogging that there really is some value in it.
Check out the other bloggers taking part in NaBloPoMo. Heck, join us! There are prizes. (Yay prizes!)
If you prefer to be a spectator, stay tuned for lots of posts this month. You can get them via email if you’d like. I’ll even take requests for topics this month. The sky’s the limit!
And look at that. One down, 29 to go….
