Looks so relaxing! I love being near the ocean…I love the way the air feels, and the sounds…it’s so calming for me!

I agree, Michelle. I hate being away from the ocean. This is why my husband and I didn’t make it too long out in Colorado!

This was taken from a ferry. My husband and I went to Diamond Cove (off Portland) for dinner. It was great!

I used to go on kayaking trips in Casco Bay with my girlfriends! So beautiful! I love that area.

Casco Bay is a great area for kayaking. It’s beautiful and there are tons of fun islands to explore!

Love it! I NEED water near me. If it’s not the ocean, then I need a lake or river at the very least.
We’re going sailing for the holiday weekend. Maybe that will be my next WW.
    Happy WW!

I need water near me too. A lake or river will suffice in a pinch, but I really prefer the ocean. Nothing beats that salty air!
      Happy sailing!

I would love to learn how to sail. If I stay by the water, I just might.

I personally prefer a boat. Less work involved and you’re not so reliant on the perfect weather. But it does look fun for short trips!

Part of that is the filter I used, but it was a really great day on the water!

Me too. With a sweater, since it gets cold at night! On our way back from dinner on Diamond Cove, the moonlight looked beautiful on the water.

Love Casco Bay! I live in Maine and don’t get to the coast nearly as much as I used to. That needs to change. ๐Ÿ™‚

Seriously. My husband (then boyfriend) and I lived in Denver for a short time after college. We hated being landlocked!
