  10. I bet you are looking forward to that river thawing! Did you get that really nice weather up in Maine yesterday? It felt like spring here…bye bye, ice! Of course, it’s supposed to snow and freeze again.

    • Yes. It was pretty warm, in the 40s. People didn’t wear coats yesterday. Of course now it’s pouring rain and supposed to turn to snow. We’ll see. Not sure if tomorrow will be a snow day or not. It’s going to take a long time to thaw!

  11. That’s so cool – same thing happened to the Potomac River near me – it was completely frozen over a few weeks ago – Happy Hump Day Jennifer! -Iva

  14. My friend was over today and we were talking about how March can be..kinda ugly. Nothing has really bloomed yet (under that snow maybe) and the snow is still there but getting all slushy and muddy.
However, you have managed to find the beautiful in March.

  19. {Melinda} It’s beautiful… I live in Florida and there is beauty in the ocean and the wildlife, but I grew up in Iowa and I really do miss the seasons. There’s so much beauty in the snow and change of seasons.
