What a fantastic group! I’d never heard of them before, but remember growing up rural. I didn’t have access to much playground equipment. Even our school had only a few things. I take my kids to parks now half the time so I can play on the toys! Thanks for visiting on my SITS day!

KaBOOM is a really really great organization. I have had a chance to speak with Darrell and he’s a tremendous guy. It’s really such a seemingly simple thing, isn’t it? A safe place to play?

Amen to playgrounds! And I agree that every child should have one within walking distance! Kids need to move! It’s a necessity. I think it’s great that you devote a day each week to feature a “good cause.”
