The dip is really good. We made it for the last Super Bowl. My kids and I have made the mac and cheese too. They loved it.

My husband makes bacon-wrapped scallops every now and then. I’m not big on seafood though (go figure, living in Maine).

The dip looks amazing! One thing I do miss now that I’m allergic to wheat is mac & cheese. Bacon would be so good with m&c.
One of my favorite quick breakfast meals was to wrap scrambled eggs, parmigiano reggiano (need reggiano, it’s a sharper taste) and turkey bacon in a flour tortilla. Yum…
Costco also used to sell scallops wrapped in bacon on a toothpick that was so easy to pop in the oven for pupus (appetizers) at a party. I haven’t seen that lately, I’ll need to check. Handy to keep in the freezer just in case.
